Privacy Policy

Cphere Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through jeffyelton.com (the "Site") and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

When you submit a book request, we collect the information you provide in the form:

  • Full name
  • Company
  • Address (Address Line 1, City, State, Zip, Country)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • The book(s) you request

We only collect this information when you choose to submit it.

2. How we use your information

We use it to: review and respond to your book request; arrange printing and shipping of any book we send you; and communicate with you about your request. And, where you have agreed, to send you occasional relevant updates or offers - which you can opt out of at any time.

3. Who we share it with

We share your information only as needed to operate the Site and fulfill requests:

  • Print-on-demand fulfillment provider - we share your name and shipping details with our third-party printing and shipping partner so they can print and mail your book.
  • Service providers - we use trusted third-party services to host the Site, store form submissions, and send email notifications, which may process your information on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics, a web-analytics service provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics sets cookies that collect standard internet and usage information (such as pages visited, approximate location, browser, and device) in a way that does not directly identify you. This information is processed by Google; you can learn more at Google's privacy policy and can opt out using Google's browser add-on. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

5. Data retention

We keep book-request information only as long as needed to fulfill the request and for our reasonable business records, after which it is deleted.

6. Your choices and rights

You may request to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at jeff.yelton@cphere.net. If you have opted in to updates, every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Scope

The Site is operated from the United States and intended for a U.S. audience. If you access it from elsewhere, you consent to your information being processed in the United States.

9. Children

The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date above.

Welcome to jeffyelton.com (the "Site"), operated by Cphere Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting a book request, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational purpose only

The Site and all books, articles, frameworks, and materials made available through it are provided for general informational and educational purposes. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial, investment, tax, or business advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your specific situation. Nothing on the Site, and no book you receive from us, creates a consulting, advisory, or client relationship between you and Cphere Consulting.

2. Book requests

You may request a complimentary copy of a book through our request form. Please note:

  • A request is not an order and does not guarantee that a book will be sent. We fulfill, limit, or decline requests at our sole discretion, for any reason.
  • Complimentary copies are limited to one per person or company, subject to availability.
  • Free physical copies are available for shipping to United States addresses only. Requests with shipping addresses outside the United States may be declined.
  • Books are provided at no charge. No purchase or payment is required or accepted.
  • Fulfillment and shipping are handled by a third-party print-on-demand provider. Any delivery estimate is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.
  • You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for items that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate information.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site - including text, books, graphics, logos, and frameworks - is owned by Cphere Consulting or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Value Enhancement Methodology and Value Enhancement Index are trademarks of Cphere Consulting. You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, or create derivative works from any Site content or book without our prior written permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: submit false, misleading, or automated (bot) requests; use the Site or request form for any unlawful purpose; scrape, harvest, or copy Site content; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites and profiles (such as LinkedIn). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Subject matter such as artificial intelligence changes rapidly; we do not warrant that any content remains current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cphere Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Site or any book or material obtained through it. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cphere Consulting from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be subject to the courts located in [STATE].
